Tempting Failure: Embrace The Unexpected

This Sunday join Tempting Failure’s internationally renowned artist Ernst Fischer as he takes you on a ‘Alice through the looking glass’ style adventure that will offer ‘surreal encounters with the negligible, the lost and discarded – with art and rubbish, objects and people – in the streets of Herne Hill, South-East London.’

Be bold, be brave and join the many as you enter into a world of wonder and community, and explore a realm of opportunity.  The tour is in memory of local artist Anthea Toorchen who died in 2005, and her particular fondness for found materials and dismantled structures.

I love the sound of Tempting Failure.  They are a celebration of international art and performance of under-represented artists, or extreme artworks that will make the mind wander and challenge pre-conceptions.  And for some, the victim of being sidelined by main stream art venues and producers.

If you are not shy of the unexpected, curious of the extreme and endless possibilities then why not join them this Sunday for an experience you will never forget.  Tickets are available to buy here, read more about them and check out their 2016 programme here.
